Taking place 24 - 28 April 2019
Programmes starting at 6:30 and 8pm daily
Dada Masilo is an award-winning dancer, choreographer, and performer.
Always striving to push the boundaries of conventional dance genres in an effort to better locate herself within their practice, Masilo is interested in exploring and unpacking the pre-existing narratives and languages of dance. For The Centre for the Less Good Idea, Masilo continues these explorations, this time merging her practice with the virtual realities made possible through technology.
A long-time collaborator with William Kentridge, Masilo joins Season 5 to work once again with Kentridge, this time on a 360 VR film which includes collaborations from many of the Season’s performers.
